This laminated reference guide was published in late 2012 and is a great professional development tool for teachers. Co-authored by Susan Villani & Kathy Dunne, this guide explains the value of coaching, and explains why it’s so important for teachers to have a chance to reflect on their practice with colleagues.
The authors provide an overview of the collaborative coaching process as guidance on how to get the most out of the new teacher – coach relationship.
